Automated Belt Tensioning
The Ender-3 V3’s XZ timing belts are automatically tensioned, eliminating the risk of belt slips or jams. This feature, combined with precise linear rods and timing belts, ensures accurate Z-axis positioning and minimal Z-banding in your prints.
Advanced Extrusion System
The new extruder kit includes a direct drive extruder with a bolster spring and ball plunger for reliable filament grip. The 60W hotend heater quickly reaches temperatures up to 300℃, melting high-temp filaments like ABS and PETG efficiently. The tri-metal “Unicorn” nozzle integrates a durable steel tip and titanium alloy heatbreak, allowing for quick and easy swaps.
